Most used to protect the fabric on the knees and rear from abrasion.
Creates more drag when used on lower legs and arms. When booties are made out of Cordura, this includes the entire knee. Cordura Grips is the newest trend, making them feel more "grippy" however this will add drag. For Student Wind-tunnel suits, it is used for the entire arms and legs. Responds well to Scotch-Guard. Used on all Suit models.
